- By containing dust at the source – during bag opening, dumping, and compaction – the system reduces material loss, eliminates remote dust-collector cleanouts, safeguards operators, and prevents plant-wide contamination.
Manoeuvre this dust-free bag dump station through standard doorways
- The FLEXICON® tilt-down Flexible Screw Conveyor system, mounted on a portable base with a multi-purpose hood and integral dust collector, enables both manual sack dumping and bulk-bag discharge.
- A fold-down support tray holds hand-held sacks for safe slitting and manual dumping into the hopper.
- The mobile FLEXICON® bag-dump station features an ergonomic hinged platform, integrated bag compactor, flexible screw conveyor, and explosion-proof controls.
The operator is isolated from dust by means of a dumping hood comprised of a plastic strip curtain, glove box, empty-bag infeed chute, and dust collector atop a receiving hopper feeding an enclosed flexible screw conveyor.
Easily transfer emptied bags to a collection bin while keeping dust contained at the source, thanks to the integrated infeed chute and built-in dust collection system.
